Experience, by project type

• Retail centre civil package, Kingaroy. About 6,000 m² to finished floor levels, with spoil disposal, cartage, compaction and testing coordination. Approx. $600K. Complete.
• 26-site government housing program, Mossman to Mount Isa. Site scrapes, retaining, footings, screw piles, crane-in and trades to sign-off. Approx. $1.1M. Delivered on time.
• Project recovery for a building contractor. Three housing sites with defects brought back under control and completed.

• Queensland Electrical Contractor Licence 92899
• Public liability insured, certificates of currency on request
• SWMS and site safety documentation
• Soil and water management plans
• Traffic control to the Queensland MUTCD, site fencing to AS 1725
• Work near overhead and underground lines to Ergon requirements
• Compaction testing and as-constructed survey to council
• Works programme within 3 business days of award
