Overview

Before a slab can go down, the ground underneath has to be right. We prepare house pads to the levels your builder or surveyor has set, so there are no delays and no expensive surprises once concrete starts pouring. Building a driveway or need power connected too? We can handle that in the same visit.

Cut, Fill and Levelling

We cut and fill to match your survey or pegged levels, moving spoil on-site or carting it away if there's too much. Either way, you end up with a pad that's level, stable and ready for the next trade.

Compaction You Can Rely On

A pad that isn't compacted properly can cause real problems down the track: cracking, uneven floors, callbacks. We compact in layers so the ground underneath your slab is solid, not just looks flat.

Working With Your Builder

We're used to working to a builder's or owner-builder's exact levels and timeframes. We'll leave a clean, formwork-ready edge and communicate directly with your builder if that makes the handover easier.

Need The Plant, Not The Crew?

We hire out the same gear we run on our own jobs. Excavators, the Positrack, tippers and the prime mover go out with a Skyline operator. Trailers, generators, pumps and lighting are available for you to run yourself. Every rate is published, ex GST and inc GST.

Depends on the site. Sometimes we can reuse it elsewhere on your block, other times it needs to be carted away. We'll talk you through the options and cost when we quote.
