A pad your builder can pour on, first time. Cut, filled, compacted and checked to the levels your builder or surveyor has set.

We set out from your builder's or surveyor's pegs and check the levels before we leave. Your concreter can start straight away.

Fill goes down in layers and gets compacted as it goes, so you don't end up with cracked slabs or sinking floors.

You get a fixed written quote. If we hit rock or bad ground, you get a call before we do anything extra.

Shed pads
From $1,500
+ GST. Most shed pads on gently sloping ground.
House pads
From $4,500
+ GST. Most house pads land between $4,500 and $9,000.
The size of the pad, how much slope we're cutting, whether fill comes in or spoil goes out, and access to the block. Imported fill and compaction testing are extra if your builder needs them.

Most house pads on a normal block take one to two days. Sloping or rocky sites take longer, and we'll tell you that up front.
Your site plan or engineer's pad detail, and the levels from your builder or surveyor. If you don't have levels yet, we can point you to a local surveyor.
Yes. We work to your engineer's detail and can organise compaction testing if your builder or certifier needs it.
Yes, and it usually saves you money because the machines are already on site. Our electricians can run the power trench too.
Yes. We cut and fill to suit the slope, and can build a retaining wall where the cut needs one.
