About 6,000 m² brought to finished floor levels for the builder. There was no spoil disposal plan when we started, so we organised it, ran cart-in and cart-out with our own truck and dog, and coordinated compaction testing, water carts, rollers and fencing so earthworks never stopped.

Site scrapes, demolition, retaining walls averaging 32 m per site, fire wall footings, screw piles, crane-in supervision and trades through to sign-off. Mossman to Mount Isa, delivered on time.
Project recovery · 3 sites
A building contractor brought us in to take over three sites with defects and delivery problems. We reset priorities, coordinated trades and rectification, and took all three through to completion.
Extra plant is hired in when the programme needs it.
