Project management and site supervision
Experienced site leadership for civil and construction jobs, including sites that have fallen behind or picked up defects and need someone to take control.
01
Crews, plant, deliveries and trades planned around the program, with materials ordered far enough ahead that lead times never set the pace.
02
Day-to-day supervision of trades, civil works and crane-ins, with the handovers managed so work doesn't get redone.
03
We review status and defects, reset priorities and take the job through rectification to completion.
On a $1.1M government housing program, we managed crews, freight, plant servicing, accommodation and trades across rural and remote Queensland, stayed ahead of program and delivered on time through to sign-off.
Afterwards, a building contractor engaged us to recover three housing sites with defects and delivery problems. All three were brought back under control and completed.
Upload your plans, BOQ or scope and we'll come back with a price or a list of questions. We reply within 2 business hours.
